Samkaup

The Samkaup app is a digital loyalty program that aims to create a better and more fun shopping experience for you as a customer. The app works in the Icelandic stores Nettó, Krambúð, Kjörbúðin, Iceland and Samkaup Strax.

The service is under continuously improvement and more exciting features is coming soon.

As a digital Samkaup member you are entitled to a list of functionalities and benefits:

BONUS – EARN BONUS AS YOU SHOP

Every time you register a purchase using the check-in QR codes at the cash register or self service, you will receive a 2 % bonus on your purchase*. The bonus amount will be loaded to your digital wallet shortly after purchase and can be spend as a payment option on future purchases in the Samkaup stores.

*Not all products are eligible for bonus, products like lottery tickets and gift certificates are not part of program. Read terms and conditions in the app for more info.

DIGITAL PAYMENT – PAYMENT MADE EASY

After check-in you are able to pay with the app instead of using cash or a physical credit card. When you have checked-in you can go down and pack your groceries. When the cashier is finished you can just simply swipe pay. Payment methods could be bonus or subscribed card.

DIGITAL RECEIPTS – NEVER FORGET WHAT YOU BOUGHT

When checked-in you will automatically get the receipt in digital format. The receipts are available through the more menu.

NEWS FEED – STAY UPDATED WITH SAMKAUP

The news feed works as a wall of knowledge, when scrolling down on the main page you will be exposed to nice offers, food inspiration and well written content pieces.
